After beginning his career practicing law, Fabian worked across multiple industries helping organizations build resilient privacy, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance programs while advising on emerging technologies and complex regulatory challenges.

Fabian also spent several years in the insurance industry, working with property and casualty, life, and health insurance solutions. Through his experience serving families, businesses, and communities, he gained firsthand insight into the financial challenges facing working-class and middle-income Americans, particularly within underserved and immigrant communities.

Today, as the Founder of FE Partners, Fabian has returned to the financial services industry with a mission to help bridge the wealth gap through education, empowerment, and access to financial strategies that promote long-term security and generational wealth. He is passionate about fighting financial ignorance, helping families protect their income, build wealth, prepare for retirement, and create lasting legacies.
